Recipes

These recipes are some of my favorites! Most of the recipes use typical ingredients that you probably have on hand, however, some might get a little creative! I stand completely behind the fact that what you put into your body affects they way you feel and perform. I feel so strongly about this because of how I have treated my body in the past. I have not always made the best choices with food, and still revert back to old habits on occasion. I look at my digestive health as a learning process –> a serious learning process that is worthy of my time!

“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?  You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price.  Therefore honor God with your body,” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
